Linda was very helpful and accommodating in assisting me with finding the perfect wedding gown. I came to Bridal Traditions knowing which gown I wanted and Linda was great in assuring me that this was the one! My sister is also engaged and will be making an appointment to see Linda for her dress as well. Highly recommended!

Best place ever. The staff is super friendly and can help you find any thing u need. Also, the woman who works in alterations is the best. I believe her name is Penny. : )

What a team of amazing consultants!! I can tell you that I had an incredible experience not only with myself, but also with my good friend Amber who was in over the weekend and found her dream dress. The ladies are incredibly helpful, and both hers and my dress are amazing! With my friend, who has been recovering from a traumatic brain injury and has trouble with balance and speed, these ladies jumped right in to help and got her into a dress that fit her specific needs. Large elegant selection, friendly & knowledgeable staff, and exceptional value; Bridal Traditions sets the bar high for those looking for the dress of their dreams. I found my dress in just one visit... And my sister found hers that same day! Two dresses in just two hours! They made me feel beautiful and put me at ease knowing my ensemble will be flawless for the big day. I so appreciate all of their time and help. Awesome place to buy your wedding dress!! Amazing consultants and a variety of dresses! I walked in without and appointment and I was still seen. They made it a day to remember!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!! My fiancé & I came in to view tuxedos and dresses, but no one greeted us or offered help. In fact, we were looked at, but heads turned away from us. We were in the store a good 10 minutes before we were recognized, offered a semblance of help, and given an apology that we could not accept. Especially after seeing customers who came in after us were greeted and helped. I hate to call it racism, but I can only call it as I see it. RACISM! Thanks for nothing! Such a positive experience! Sarah helped me and was nothing short of amazing! Very patient, not pushy, personable, and really good at helping you feel amazing in everything you try on! She asked about my fiancé and details about my wedding which no other place did! I started out at Bridal Traditions and found a dress I loved. I also had an appointment scheduled for another location so I wanted to sit on it. Sarah was not pushy at all about deciding what to do right then and there.
