I was one day late in paying my remaining balance, which I admit was my fault I forgot about it. They would not waive the interest because I signed the contract, fine whatever, hold me to the contract. However, they then chose to write a contract that is open to interpretation on how they charge you interest. "Service charge of 20% per month, will be added to all overdue accounts" I was charged the full 20% for being 1 day late (mind you labor day was included in that time frame, which I personally don't think counts as a da... read more
I have had nothing but an amazing experience working with Bridal Traditions. My initial appointment was so much fun and they made me feel so special. If anyone is looking for that "Say yes to the dress" experience I recommend going here!

Bridal Traditions was AMAZING to work with! If it weren't for Jeanie, I never would have found my dream gown and the right one for me. I thought I wanted a gown with a lot of bling, but I just wasn't looking how I wanted to. Jeanie pulled one without bling that was in my size and had the sillohuette I wanted and it was THE ONE! I cannot say enough about my experience at Bridal Traditions. Elda was amazing to work with! Elda & Judy (the owner) made my experience very memorable. Kim in alterations was awesome! She was very patient thru all of my changes!! I picked up my dress today and couldn't be happier!!
