great customer service, truly honest ladies... – like every smart bride i went looking for my wedding gown a year in advance, the first place i went was the bridal shop at the avenues, i walked in and the ladies there welcomed me as if i was walking into a friends house, i told one of the ladies excactly what i liked and she advised that i needed to try everything, we had a blast looking for the perfect dress for me, i felt like i was a queen. my dress came in way before the due date and it fit perfectly, all it needed was t... read more

BEST SELECTION AND PRICES ANYWHERE, VERY HELPFUL!!!! AAA+++ – The Bridal shop at the Avenues is great, the selection of dresses (lace, satin etc.) it was impressive and the prices are more affordable than other shops in town. There was large dressing rooms and mirrors, and the staff was very helpful, the women that work there are always on there toes whether there be 1 or 12 brides in the store. I got my wedding dress here and that was fine because it came right off the floor and i didn't have to order it but i also got the bridesmaids dresses here and they had to be ordered. the first time they came in they were the wrong color so they had to send them back out and they didn't come back in till one week before my wedding so the girls didn't have time to do any alterations to the dresses. This shop is HORRIBLE! – DO NOT use this shop!! I am crossing my fingers that after 3 (count them ladies!) delivery attempts I will get my dress just 2 days before the wedding...NO IDEA what we will do if alterations are needed. I have heard multiple accounts of what happened with shipping, but what really put me over the edge was I was promised after 2 failed delivery attempts that a dress would be shipped on the same day I spoke with the shop - it was shipped out 5 days later. Very Rude – I went to this store a few months ago and bought four bridesmaids dresses. The store employees ignored us the entire time we were there (we would have gone somewhere else, but we were all in town from out of state and wanted to go to the beach). When the dresses came in, they were enormous. Several of my bridesmaids commented on the size (several were size 2 and made for a "DD" chest), and the lady told them that "young girls tend to think that things are too big when they're not."
