i LOVED this bridal shop!!!!! i have been to orlando and atlanta and the prices were way too high compared to this bridal shop for the exact same designers. the service was great. i worked with emily, shes a young girl who knows alot about fashion and kept giving me tons of wedding tips about hair and makeup and even wrote them down for me at the end of the appointment! never pressured me to make a decision and even TOLD me to sleep on it. i got my dress here and it came in pretty quickly compared to my friend who got hers a... read more
I loved this store! My sales lady was in shine when I told her that another store on San Jose would not allow me to try on dresses because I am not a size 12. I am 5'10 and a size 14. So I was really hurt and embarrassed by this. This store went above and beyond to make me feel special. They made a horrible experience that I will never forget into a great one!
I worked with Emily as my bridal consultant two weekends ago, and she was fabulous. I came in thinking that I knew what I wanted, and found out that really she knew what I would love and what would look good on me. I found a dress I love, with a veil, right at my price range. I've been to every store in jacksonville and had the best service there. Ask for Emily, she was wonderful and gave her honest opinion the entire time
I just had my wedding last weekend and purchased my dress from Debra's bridal shoppe. I cannot say enough great things about this bridal shop. All the ladies are absolutely amazing! They were very patient and accommodating with my schedule and my many requests for appointments. They were very helpful through the whole process. I recommend Debra's bridal to any bride I know. You will not be disappointed with the service or collection at Debra's bridal!
Emily was very very sweet and did all she could to make me happy. I would reccomend her and the Avenues Bridal to everyone.
Terrible Customer Service – I am a bride to married in the next few weeks and I feel terrible for directing my bridesmaids to The Bridal Shop of the Avenues. They have treated my maids poorly from the very first visit. I ordered the dresses back in October with plenty of time for them to be shipped on time. Not Bad but Not the best! – I must say this was one not of the worst experiences of my life But it wasn't the best either... Im not going to rant and rave but basically I was treated like a number & went elsewhere. I bought my gown in Lake City, FL This place was definitely NOT what my friends said it was... Best Place for Wedding Dresses. – I would just like to start out by thanking the wonderful ladies at the Bridal Shop of the Avenues. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. This is not a generated message by the shop. I am an actual patron of the store and am very pleased with their services. STEER CLEAR OF THE BRIDAL SHOP AT THE AVENUES!!!! – DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THE BRIDAL SHOP AT THE AVENUES (FORMERLY BRIDAL SHOP AT ORANGE PARK, TOO)!!!!
