I never write bad reviews. I was contemplating writing this review but I decided to write it so other brides don t go through what I went through. All the vendors for my wedding were amazing besides this one. I am not from San Antonio so my wedding was in my hometown. My mother flew down in December so we could look at dresses. Warm and Friendly – I live in L.A. but recently came to your salon with my mom (who lives in San Antonio) and the whole family in tow! You and your staff were so warm and friendly, I want to thank you for that. It was a fantastic experience; your great eye, top-notch selection of dresses and inviting environment were wonderful. One million thank you's to you and your staff!!! – "One Million thank you’s to you and your staff!!! You were amazing – honestly thank you so much! You handled Samantha (& me! J) perfectly and thanks to your sincererity, professionalism and fondness for people in general – you helped to make the Symphony Ball the most memorable moment that Sammy – and even myself have had to date. One of a kind service is what I got when I visited the Bridal Salon. Everytime I have been there, Amy the owner has gone out of her way to cater to the bride! I purchased my wedding gown here, and I have been in several weddings where I've worn dresses from here. The selection is the best in San Antonio, I recommend the Bridal Salon to everyone I know! Simply the best – Simply the Best This is the best Bridal Salon in San Antonio, or in Texas for all that matters. Their selection is incredible and the service made me feel like they care while they and know what they are doing. I was most impressed with the follow up on any questions I had as Iwent through the process, form ordering to fittings. Relationship Builder – Absolute beautiful experience I did not expect the service I received: The staff cared and understood what I was looking for and they loved helping me. The owner offered to soften my moms opinion and I let her. It worked, because instantly my mom begain to speak like them, asking me "what dress made me feel beautiful.?" it was like a 180 from my mom and that had not been my experience. So helpful – Came Through in a Crisis The bridesmaid dresses I ordered in Dec. from another store were due to arrive in Jun for an Oct. wedding. At the end of June we discovered that said store had not ordered the dresses and absconded with the money. The designer referred us to the Bridal Salon who ordered our dresses immediately. They were able to get the dresses in record time. Save yourself time and go here first. – Prior to making an appointment with the Bridal Salon I had tried on dresses at 5 or 6 different shops around town. I found a few things I like but nothing that I loved, until I went to the Bridal Salon. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel comfortable.
