I had such a great experience at Bridal Palace! Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. They helped me with bringing and trying on the dresses and made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. They really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find something I loved. The prices were also very reasonable compared to other places. I highly recommend them!
Went in and the customer service was not good,all she said was there is a $40 price to try on dresses and that was it!! Don’t recommend for brides that want a good experience during this exciting time!🙏🏽
Bellevue Bridal Palace was absolutely amazing! We needed a dress on a very tight timeline, and they went above and beyond to help us. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They even altered the dress the same day, which was incredible. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made a stressful situation so much easier. I can’t recommend them enough!
