ChatGPT found this hidden gem of a bridal shop. I was the MOB and was struggling to find a dress in Seattle. I asked ChatGPT for top recommendations on the Eastside. Bridal Palace came up as #1. Service was great. They picked a dress for me that I would never have picked myself and it was a WINNER. I can't tell you how many compliments I received. I felt confident and elegant. BTW the tailoring was just perfect. I am on the left in the photo.
I just bought a mother of the bride dress from the Bellevue store. The staff was a pleaser to work with. They were very professional .The alteration was very quick turn around. A great place all around I highly recommend.
I went through Bridal Palace for Men's Tuxedos for my daughter's wedding I rented 3 tuxedos for me and my 3 boys. I found them after a horrible experience at the nearby Men's Wearhouse. I appreciated the prompt service we received right when we walked in to Bridal Palace! I remained impressed with their follow through and flexibility (it was an out of State wedding) and we were gone (and had the tuxes) for over a week and...no extra charge! I had such a great experience at Bridal Palace! Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. They helped me with bringing and trying on the dresses and made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. They really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find something I loved. The prices were also very reasonable compared to other places. I highly recommend them!
Went in and the customer service was not good,all she said was there is a $40 price to try on dresses and that was it!! Don’t recommend for brides that want a good experience during this exciting time!🙏🏽
