Awful experience and cruel employees. After charging $700 for a prom dress that wasn't even that elaborate, they told my little sister (who is super in shape and an athlete) it would look better on her if she lost 5 pounds and she shouldn't eat for a week before prom. She cried the whole way home. They ruined her prom experience and crushed her confidence right before prom. Please do not go here.

The best experience I’ve had in any business was with these lovely women who were SO helpful, knowledgeable and truly caring. I brought my niece in for a prom dress and needed urgent alterations as she was traveling the next day, and we left the same afternoon with the most gorgeous gown fitted perfectly to her. We looked through all of the Seattle/Bellevue area for a prom gown that is actually high quality and this is the ONLY place that fit the goal. # Disappointing Experience: Beware of Alteration Scam I strongly recommend thinking twice before shopping here. They will try to scam you. We purchased a dress from them at the 2025 Seattle wedding show where they clearly promised free alterations, just like many other vendors. This was a key factor in our decision.
