I loved the attention given at this store. We looked for a wedding dress all day. We had some very bad customer service all day as well. We came in last minute no appointment and Erika treated my niece with the upmost top notch service. She fluffed the dress out spread the train and gave my niece a mirror to make sure she had a full view of the dresses she tried on. Thanks to Erika my niece has a beautiful gown. I do recommend bridal novias, but my experience wasn’t that great. When I bought my gown I never was asked to pose with the little “I said yes to the dress” sign. Also, when I wanted to try another dress one of the ladies said it wasn’t gonna fit because it was size 6 and the one o bought was size 8, anyways, when I told her that I was going to wear a full body girdle, she replied with an ugly look and said, “is not that, the zipper on the back is not going to close because the gown is designed like that, the back part is ve... read more
