I walked in without an appointment and they had someone who was able to help me. I told them I had been to a different bridal shop once and had a bad experience. I did not have one bad experience at Bridal Novias. They listened to what I wanted and my budget. I tried on a total of four dresses here and bought one that day. They never tried to push me into buying a dress or a dress over my budget.
