I found my dress in one shopping trip at Bridal Maven. I loved being able to look at the dresses and prices online before going which is really rare in the bridal space. We actually ended up ordering my dress because they could source my size from the designer and it came in way earlier than expected! Sara was very helpful and made the process easy which was exactly what I wanted.
Sarah was AMAZING - I was ready to commit to a pre-loved gown, but she insisted we video chat before I paid and had it shipped to Texas. She wanted to show me every detail and talk through all the alterations the gown's former bride had done. She took the time to talk through every option and was so so patient with me and my mom as we considered all the factors. She could have made an easy sale on an excited, impulsive bride but instead she prioritized my guaranteed satisfaction.
