DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought my wedding dress here back in July and 3 months later my dress started turning yellow even though it was kept in the bag they gave me and in a cool dry closet. I tried calling them twice, the first time they told me to get it dry cleaned. So I called around and the cleaners told me that it most likely would never go back to its original shape. Bridal Gallery is fantastic and I recommend it to any bride looking for their wedding dress. What made it even more special was the alterations process all being in house. I tried on a dress I loved, but it didn't check all the boxes for my vision. They offered to work with me to customize the 'missing' pieces. Hanna in alterations made my dress exactly as I wanted. She was so gracious in accepting feedback and truly ensuring it was perfect. I am so excited to wear the dress!
Don’t bother coming here if you don’t have an appointment as they won’t let you try anything on. On their website they have appointments preferred and that is totally misleading as per the staff you need an appointment to try anything on. It was a complete waste of time even when they were told that no assistance was needed.
I had such an amazing experience working with Mel! During the pre-meet, I may not have given her the best details to go off of, but when I came in, she was so willing to work with me and truly listened to what I wanted. She was sweet, patient, and incredibly understanding throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to learn my style and guided me every step of the way. Thanks to her, I found my perfect dress! I couldn’t recommend her more!
My aunt was wedding dress shopping and they made her feel so special as a later-in-life bride. Do yourself a favor and ask for Vanessa!! She’s so attentive and pulled the most perfect options to consider. Great experience.
