Mother of the Bride – Our visit to Bridal Gallery today was... very disappointing. Service was terrible. Preferential treatment was given to a select few. Sales clerks were lazy. They give you hooks to tag the dresses on the racks that you want to try on and after my daughter and her maid of honor went thru and made their picks, snippy little sales clerk (blonde ditz) unclipped her selections and brought her 5 dresses to the dressing room. Awesome Place – I got engaged in Sept but I started looking for my dress back in end of July/August. It didn't matter that I wasn't engaged yet for the ladies to let me look at the dresses. I didn't need an appointment I just went in and got service right away. The staff was amazing! They were friendly and courteous! I probably tried on 20 or so dresses and had it narrowed down to 2. WONDERFUL PLACE!!!! – Great Store! Great Selection! Great People working there!! I couldn't have been more pleased with this store! you simply MUST check this store out! One of the ladies who were helping me picked out a dress that I didn't pick out at first and it was the best one! I would say that this was better than any other place I shopped in in GR!
I had been shopping around for my dress with my mother. We found two that we liked, both of which were on sale. We asked the girl's what time they would be open the next morning to come back and decide. One suggested purchasing one, since they were the same price and they would just hold both over night, so we wouldn't have to dig for it. Try to avoid Saturday – Great selection, great customer service, good prices. I loved The Bridal Gallery but I would recommend finding your own person to do alterations. The alteration lady I worked with was a little pushy. I loved everything else about The Bridal Gallery!! The first time I went in ther was a Saturday and it was very busy. I had a great experience while shopping at Bridal Gallery. The girls there helped me find the perfect dress. The customer service was the best I found while shopping for my dress. They never got pushy and gave me awesome input even after I tried on about 60 dresses. They have a great selection to chose from and their organization made it easy for me to find exactly what I was looking for. I'm getting all of my bridesmaid dresses there too. I would recommend them to any bride who is as lost as I was when I first got engaged.
I went there with a bridal party to get a bridesmaid dress. They had a good selection of dresses, however their customer service was less than impressive. The girl that we had help us, offered no suggestions or help when it came to getting the correct dress size. She did not act enthusiastic by any means. She was rather lazy and lathargic acting. I had my girls get thier dresses from bridal gallery and was not impressed with thier customer service. The girl who was assigned to us stood around and paid us no attention whatsoever. The only positive thing from this store was not they had the dress I wanted and it was cheaper than any other place I could find it.
Great Experience! I want to let you know that I have ordered my wedding dress and all of my bridesmaid dresses at Bridal Gallery. I had so much fun with the staff, they are honest and friendly! They helped me pick out my dress and showed me many styles of bridesmaid dresses that complemented it! There are so many dresses to pick from.
