Pushy, overpriced I went to this shop having never been to another bridal shop yet. They had me try on a dress that was gorgeous, and I loved it. I thought the price they gave me was reasonable since I hadn't been anywhere else. I felt rushed though to make a decision about buying the dress. I then went and tried the dress on again at a different shop only to find out that it was more than $200 cheaper at this other shop! What a rip-off!

Beautiful Dresses but RUDE service I had been to this boutique two times (it was my mistake to ever go back). They did have beautiful dresses but the service was HORRIBLE. When I went to the shop they were not helpful and even seem annoyed that I wanted to bring my mom to look at a gown instead of purchasing it that day. I called a few days later and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Then when I called back she asked where i was calling from because they were busy. I understand being busy but don't out a customer on hold for 1... read more

They saved my wedding & made me feel special I had went to a dress shop prior to this one and had a horrible experience- I have to say going to Bridal & Formal Reflections is the best experience I have ever had & was the best decision we ever made concerning shopping for a Bridal Gown we even bought our twin daughters dresses from here and my veil.Not only is she nice she was very helpful and listened really well to my request.I would recommend here to all my friends and family!
