If I could give zero I would , asked for a subtle makeup look for my wedding the “artist” made me look orange twice - after asking her to lighten , then the only lashes she had were full crazy looking lashes- when I asked whether this resembled the picture I shared with her she said she couldn’t see a difference- I had to just ask her to stop and advised her I’d do my own makeup … then the hair , I showed a Hollywood wave picture as the example, but she just straight up curled my hair - worst experience ever , no offer to re... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid in full for a makeup service. I had to cancel due to me flying back home for an emergency. I contacted them Kim stated I would get a partial refund via Zelle the next day. I sent my Zelle information. I never received a refund. I reached out today inquiring about it and was told it was decided I wouldn’t get a refund. This was not communicated to me what so ever.
