Rude and Poor Customer Service I thought that they were extremely rude! I could not believe how they announced everyones sizes out loud infront of the entire store. We had a plus size women in our bridal party. She announced her size and told her "she was going to have to pay extra because of her large size"! Cool This place has a great selection on Bridal things. They have wonderful employees who are very helpful. Their parking lot is farely big. It is a very clean place.
I wish we had a good experience here I really wish we had as good of experience here as some of the reviewers. They do have a good selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses. We ordered our bridesmaids gown about 6 months in advance after checking back in a few months later we were told the order wasn't placed. They were sorry blablabla and they would place the order again. my dream dress I had such a wonderful time trying on all types of wedding dresses! I brought my mom, sister, and a few friends to share in the fun. Their was a great area for them to sit and watch as I was helped for 3hours by a great sales girl. It was nice not to feel pressured! I found the dress of my dreams, and she even helped me pick out accessories to match (as I'm a little bit of a tomboy). I think everyone should give this shop a stop when dress shopping!!!!!
You'd better be WHITE to shop here! Unless you are of North European ancestry, you might not want to waste your time going to this store. TWO of my co-workers, both born in this country, but of non-white ancestry, one of Hispanic & one from Saipan, a US commonwealth, went to this store to purchase wedding gowns for their respective weddings. Poor service and a stain! After one of my dress fittings I noticed that my dress had a dark stain on it. I was obviously very unhappy about this and showed it to a sales person. She then promised that they would remove the stain and it would be no problem getting it out. I returned a week later (after the manager told my mother that the stain no longer existed) and what did I see? The same stain! Great service ends once they have your money I started out extremely satisfied with Bridal Exclusives. I went there to try on dresses and was pleasantly surprised. They had a great selection of dresses in extended sizes. The sales woman was helpful and friendly. She made suggestions on dresses based on things I said I liked and disliked about others. I eventually found my wedding dress and happily placed an order. I was told that I could custom order a specific length from the designer that would save me the cost of hemming ... read more
