I have gotten my gowns here for every prom and homecoming (8 times) I won't go anywhere else! I will be back for my wedding someday.
After going to two other dress shops, I was relieved to finally find a place with wonderful service and an excellent variety. Susan (I believe was her name) was willing to go above all to help me out and was absolutely wonderful. Even with her large number of orders, she promised to get me my alterations in time for prom. She was even willing to completely alter a child's pageant dress that I was admiring! Definitely going here for prom next year.
I came in to Bridal Couture looking for a wedding gown that wasn't too expensive because I had already purchased a wedding gown several years back with my mom and with things happening in my life (such as my mom passing away). We heard about your store from a friend and decided to get a prom tuxedo from you as we had a bad experience with the place that he go it at last year. It was the best fitting tuxedo he has ever had. We will definitely be back next year.
I got so many compliments on my homecoming gown. People were literally walking across the room to ask me where I got it. I had no doubt where I was going back for prom.
I just wanted to thank you for the work you did on my daughters prom dress. After SEVEN trips to a shop in Kirkwood where her dress was purchased and altered, her dress was an ill-fitted mess and the Kirkwood shop insisted if they let out the side seams (after taking them in and out two times already and compromising the fabric and also causing the satin to feather) it should have fit better!
