The day of my appointment they were so sweet! As the appointment went on, I started looking at the quality and upkeep of the dress. NOT impressed. When I got to the counter they wanted us to sign the contract without documenting the alterations that they promised because of past use. When asked if they would document it the receptionist said "no, I'll do it latter." They promised that they would reach out about renting/buying a veil for the dress. This was my first time trying on dresses and honestly it was a great experience. I got there a little early so the consultant took me to dresses in my size and let me pick out any I had seen and liked. She listened to what I wanted me and ended up picking the dress I chose! The whole experience was a positive one and it was super affordable for someone on a budget. They had a lot of different styles and I would definitely recommend this place to any bride wanting to rent and not buy.
I appreciated the selection and the kind help from the worker there. I liked the prices of the dresses and also the fact I can rent veils and belts!
The associate that helped me was SO nice and SO helpful. I was in the store for about 45 minutes and found the most beautiful dress. My experience was seamless and stress free and I really appreciate all the work that was put into helping me find the perfect dress for my big day!
