Valerie was so welcoming and helpful. We (my sisters, to-be-sister-in-law, and I) had a great experience. We did not feel rushed at all, and the dress selection was great. The space is clean, bigger than appeared from outside, and brightly lit. The rental/cleaning process was explained very clearly. Love having the option to rent rather than buy a dress I'll wear once and have to worry about maintaining and storing.
Found “the” dress! Then changed my mind the next day! The girls were so great and let me come back the next day alone and try a different dress on! Can’t wait for my final fitting in a few weeks! They have dresses you don’t see anywhere else!! Very unique!

I've been to Bridal Brilliance twice now, and both times Maddie was such a gem! She is patient and totally LISTENED to me and what I like and don't like. I never felt like she was rushing or trying to sell me. I really appreciated her help and the store's environment.
