I had a wonderful experience at the Bridal Boutique of NC. The staff was very helpful, knowledgable, and attentive. I had alterations made to my dress and it came out perfect. She knew exactly how to complete my bridal look to make me look and feel my best in my dress. They had a great selection and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend the Bridal Boutique of NC to any bride looking for a wedding dress or Bridesmaid dresses.
This place was fabulous. I had a great experience. They have a huge store and tons of dresses. The sales staff was helpful but not pushy. They answered all my questions and I found the perfect dress. They are also the best priced dresses I saw around. I tried on a ton of dresses and felt confident about my decision. I would recommend this place in a heart beat--SO GLAD I WENT THERE! Great selection. Great service!
Absolutely incredible! There was a very relaxed feel to the whole boutique. They were very helpful, kind and truly interested in helping me find the perfect dress. Their variety is also incredible! I had been to several bridal salons and nothing else has come close. They also let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. I would recommend Bridal Boutique to any bride in the market for a wedding dress. Best salon, choices and staff overall!

After shopping at tons of stores I finally got my wedding dress here. Amazing staff and an amazing selection.
I am disgusted with the way you treat your potential customers. To tell them as they enter the store that "you don't have anything in their size" is ignorant and cruel. And then to have another employee say the same thing should make you ashamed! Who are you to judge? YOUR job is to be as helpful as possible and to not insult your customers. we are always try our best to help our customers . the person you are talking about we greeted her and helped her even before turn on lights . she told me that she want to know what size to order . so my answer was that we do measure only if you buy form us and we our sample sizes are small only up to size 14.our employee showed the dress she is looking for we have in size 8. so when we told her that we did not have dresses in her size to try on sizes we was just answering her question and doing our job .
I was at this boutique this morning waiting for them to open. As the woman was unlocking the door she told me they do not cary my size. Those were the first words spoken to me today. I chose to look past it. I was pointed in the direction of the designer I was looking for. My husband and I found a dress in my size. Another associate told me it wasn't worth trying that dress on because it was a different fabric than that of the dress I desired.
