Bad Customer Service The customer service at Bridal Boutique is HORRIBLE! I ordered my wedding gown and wanted to buy my bridesmaid's dresses from there. We made our appointment and once we were there, the attendants were very rude and offered no assistance to help us out. We had to "clip and pin" the dresses ourselves. My mother finally asked for assistance, but we still did not receive any service. After finally talking to the manager, she made no efforts to rectify the situation. I do not recommend this boutique. BEST BRIDAL SHOP IN DFW!!!!! I had an appointment at Bridal Boutiuqe on Saturday at 10:00. My sales associate was Amy. She was awesome.I have been to nine (I know I am one of those brides) other stores. I have never seen a better selection. I tried on over 20 dresses.I found THE ONE and it is beautiful! great dress, unsettling handling from the owner I note that the reviews are mostly good, but there are some really low reviews as well. My daughter bought her wedding dress here, and I am not surprised at the up and down reviews.
Awesome experience I was extremely pleased with my experience at Bridal Boutique. This boutique is truly a hidden gem. They carried the most unique, hand selected gowns in the area. They had so much to chose from you didn't feel like you were just settling. The staff is extremely friendly and helps you through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!! A helpful hint for all brides new to shopping is to come during the weekdays and make an appointment for the weekends!!
In need of customer service training... Cool reception when we walked in. Turned much cooler when the young lady found out we were only looking for shoes and veils. She asked what kind of veils, walked us to that area, took some down from the wall and placed them on a chair... then turned around and went back to the desk area... never saying another word to us. MOTHER OF THE BRIDE AWFUL EXPERINCE AND THE DRESSES AREN'T EVEN QUALITY!!!!!!! My daughter went here because of her finance'. The wedding consultant was horrible!!! She was unaccomidating and rude. No one was helpful. The dresses were very over priced!!! The disney line is cheaper and better quality from Alferd Angelo's than these, the mother of the bride dresses were a minum of 500.00, I saw the same dresses for 100.00 other places we looked. Dr. Groomzilla responds We were told on multiple different occasions that we could return our tuxes on Tuesday. Our wedding was out of the country, so of course we asked if it would be fine to return our tuxes on Tuesday. As I said, multiple different employees told us that would be fine. Plain and simple, you are lying to potential customers on the internet. And yes I am mad that I had to pay late fees. You would be upset too! I just hope others will take note of what happened to us.

Stellar Shop Saturday I picked up the dress I had ordered for my destination wedding and I am very happy. I just wanted to let all Brides know that you can trust Bridal Boutique. I never had any problem with selecting, ordering, fitting or packing my dress. I am getting married in Mexico at the end of the month and not only was my dress ready for me when I got there, it was perfect (just like I ordered) and packed for me in a garment bag ready for the plane.
