BEST BRIDAL SHOP IN DFW! Before I went to the Bridal Boutique, I went to all of the "best rated" shops in Dallas. My experiences at the other stores varied from mediocre to terrible. Needless to say, I didn't have very high hopes on my first visit here. I had already tried on over 40 dresses and was getting frustrated.
The best little bridal shop in Texas This place is a jewel in the world of bridal shops! My co-worker raved about the Bridal Boutique, so I made the 30 mile trip in spite of my doubts, and found the the best little bridal shop in Texas! Bridal Boutique is fabulous!! I visited Bridal Boutique this past weekend and can I just say they have the most beautiful gowns ever! I had been to three other shops in the area but this shop has it all. Beautiful gowns, veils, shoes and jewelry too. I got everything I needed from head to toe. I worked with Stephanie, she was referred by a friend that sends us so many wonderful brides. Unfortunately, I was not in the store when she came to pick up her gown. Horrible Service. Don't care about customers once they get your money! Terrible customer service!!! They didn't call me when the dress or veil arrived. I called to check arrival status and that's when I learned they had arrived. When I got my dress, I hated it and started crying. The color was not what I expected. (The dress I tried on was off-white but I ordered white. The sales rep did not tell me the beading color would be different on the white dress which is why I was surprised when it arrived. Buyers Beware Buyers Beware of this fraudulent place. They are full of false promises and dream killers. I was unfortunately placed with a lady who claimed to be new to the store. She along with the manager told me false information. They ordered the wrong dress for me with the wrong size. When I showed them my receipt to verify that I was correct they accused me of writing up a receipt of my own. NOT RECOMMENDED! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME! I visited several bridal shops for my wedding gown shopping. Bridal Boutique selection of dresses are not bad, but their prices are overpriced than several shops close to them. If you find a dress you like you can find in cheaper some where else, we did, dont waste you time at this store !!!!
