We've had the opportunity to use Bridal and Formal Boutique on several occasions. The help we received was always professional and above par.
Unorganized & rude! They ordered the wrong dress for my bridesmaids BUT said they could get a different dress in --A WEEK-- before my wedding and **that they didn't take returns**. After having to explain that it is not my fault that they ordered the wrong dress and that I'm not comfortable with a dress that HOPEFULLY comes in a week before my wedding, I got her to return them while rolling her eyes at me! The only thing I kept from this store, was the ring bearers rental suit... unfortunately, I had to change the suit color... read more

If you have never been to Bridal And Formal House of Tux, it is well worth your time. Both times I've shopped here I had an amazing experience. All of the sweet ladies that work here, truly put the customers wishes first. I wish I had another prom to go to just so I'd have a reason to go back.
We absolutely would not be having a wedding without Adrian Holland! She has been the most wonderful new friend/family member. She supplied more then everything we needed for the wedding before we even knew we needed it. Invitation, shoes, napkins, dresses, bridesmaid gifts, mother/grandmother gifts, jewelry, adding buttons and a bow to make the brides dress more beautiful and since it is called Bridal and Formal boutique house of tux the tuxedos.
