Great experience! I walked in one day to look through the dress racks and schedule an appointment, but Adrian helped me pick a dress the same day. Adrian was so helpful and easy to work with. I didn't really know what I wanted, but she helped me find the perfect dress and stayed well within my budget. I was able to get the exact dress I tried on without waiting on anything to be ordered. The facility was also very nice and clean. Thank you for your help!
Sharlette was awesome! My overall experience at the store was so much better than the other dress store I tried. I finally saw a dress and wanted to try it on! The first dress I tried was the one. Charlotte had an awesome statistic that 95% of brides get the first dress they try on!
The customer service is great! The dresses are so pretty! Tori was amazing! She wasn't pushy or rushing me. She is sweet, patient, honest, and very helpful! She made the experience fun and helped me find the perfect dress on the first appointment.
