I had the most amazing experience on 6/20/2020. I was very nervous going to look for my wedding dress. Immediately Mrs. Adrian made me feel very welcomed. She knew just what I needed! Bridal and Formal Boutique was the first place I went to look for a wedding dress. They had a great selection to choose from! Whitney helped me, and she was amazing! She was so kind, helpful and patient! She selected a few dresses she thought I would like based on my preference and convinced me to try on some I wasn’t sure about. I ended up loving the ones I would not have picked for myself. Whitney, thank you so much for helping me find my dream dress! ❤️
The alteration department does NOT do a good job! Also be sure that if you want scraps or order additional lace etc. that you get it from them ASAP (my daughter is short and lots of the length was cut and we wanted to use as a wrap for her flowers). Paid $200.00 for lace and didn't get any that was left like I requested! They only put MAYBE a dozen pieces on the veil (ordered 26 pieces according to the owner). When I called several times to claim, it couldn't be found and they wanted to give me scraps of someone else's lace ... read more

Bridal and Formal Boutique was my first pick! They were also my first stop in shopping for a wedding dress. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased & decided to purchase a dress from them. Whitney helped me try on a bunch of dresses; she was so great at giving her expert opinion and picking out other dresses based on things I said I liked and didn’t like!
