I called Bricol Nail Salon before driving from Santa Ana to Anaheim because I wanted to ask about pricing first and not waste gas or time going all the way over there. I found them on TikTok and saw good reviews, so I was genuinely interested in becoming a new customer. Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about Gel X, dip powder, and extra charges like French tips. Went there for a simple fill. Never again. I was getting a fill and another lady walked in and asked for a fill too and how long would she have to wait. Sandy had just started working on me and told me to switch tables and that the man would take over. I said I would prefer her and so she said something to the man and ended up doing a rush job on me.
