    I just had the best experience with nitrous oxide with Dr. Barno. I have pretty bad dental anxiety and I usually have some sort of "rough" time during my visits. This time was the best experience. The dental hygienist held my hand because the novocaine was pretty painful. At first I experienced a small dizziness side effect from the nitrous but Dr. Barno assured me he would handle it and he did. At one point during the procedure I could have fallen asleep, that says a lot because I have to be pretty relaxed. Finally the procedure was finished and I couldn't believe it had already been an hour. This was the BEST experience I've had at the dentist!
