Someone told me about this restaurant and while in the area I decided to try it out. I am so thankful that I did! 🩵It was worth the visit! Following a carnivore/animal based diet, it's hard to find a restaurant that does not use seed oils. They prepared a beautiful beef patty and grilled grouper cooked in Tallow and REAL butter. I usually don't complain, you can look at my other reviews and see that. I also understand that the restaurant business can be difficult. However, this was a very disappointing experience. There was nothing on the menu that looked that great, so I ordered a hamburger with fries from the "Entrees". The hamburger was covered in salt and completely inedible. Hailey was incredible - one of the best servers I’ve ever seen and deserves a raise/promotion as soon as possible! (coming from a 5 year server veteran myself in nashville Tennessee). The food was also incredible! I had the ribeye and my father ordered the strip steak. unfortunately, my father received the ribeye steak instead of the strip he had ordered due to a mixup in the kitchen.
