Our Elks Lodge has been working with Bricks R Us for a number of years. Every person I have spoken with has been super helpful and knowledgeable. Recently they went above and beyond by remaking a brick for no additional cost as the original engraving was not what the customer wanted. Also shipments come in with virtually no damage! We are super happy with this company and fund raiser.
So many people in this company are there to help you begin your project. Everything is done on time and as promised! We are just beginning our brick pathway and have installed our first round of bricks with many more to come. They are quick to answer and respond to any concerns or questions you may have. Very, very customer friendly company! On top of it the bricks, once engraved look amazing! I strongly recommend Bricks R Us, if you plan to begin your own brick path project.
Have done business with Bricks R Us over the past several years and have always found them cooperative, helpful and most of all produce a fine quality product. Recently we had a special request for a brick with an emblem to commemorate a recent death.
