We waited a long time for our waiter. It didn’t appear that the hostess even tried to make sure that the waiter was coming then the bartender came over and then also another waiter helped us. The food was not horrible, but it was subpar. The drinks were very different. We left the place unsatisfied it was pretty, and that was about it very unhappy with the service. It took him forever to give us our bill. It was almost as if it didn’t even matter that we were there.
We tried to eat here before going to a play. The host was nice; the menu looked great. We couldn't get anyone to wait on us. Never did see actual people being waited on. After 25 minutes, asking for a waiter and being further ignored, we just left. We told the young lady at the bar that we were leaving. She didn't care at all or ask why we were leaving. The place was half full. No excuse. Horrible first and last impression.
Fun place, bar tender made it special!
OMG, new favorite place in Ashland. Split both an excellent plate of spicy green beans and a chicken sando with shoestring fries with my spouse. Nice, casual atmosphere. Really nice patio. Spouse loved the Pfriem rice beer. Jevar provided excellent service!
