We have bought 3 vehicles and have had them all serviced here. They are great!
I went to pickup an Avis car and was ignored and given a rude attitude from service worker and cashier clerk when I asked a basic question about the vehicle, service worker made rude gestures towards me while waiting for the vehicle to be available for pickup. Unprofessional dealership. 1/5
I purchased a new 2026 RAM 3500 (BRICKNER’S of Wausau, Wisconsin), whilst residing in Florida. Brickner made the order and purchase an easy and enjoyable experience. Their team of professionals were a joy to work with. They proactively kept me appraised of the vehicle’s build, estimated delivery, et cetera. Just my opinion... I'm not happy with issues arising after buying a used car from here. Thought it was a great deal but I'm second guessing our decision. Probably our own fault seeing we needed something quick and affordable to replace a totaled car. I always tell people to try places and find out for yourself.
