My van was towed to this shop overnight, and my experience from the moment I called was disappointing. I had several questions about the process and the condition of my vehicle, but instead of being met with patience or professionalism, I was met with a rude, dismissive attitude. It made me feel like I was inconveniencing them simply by asking reasonable questions. I went to pickup an Avis car and was ignored and given a rude attitude from service worker and cashier clerk when I asked a basic question about the vehicle, service worker made rude gestures towards me while waiting for the vehicle to be available for pickup. Unprofessional dealership. 1/5
