I am very surprised by the other review as I have had the exact opposite experience. I am a braced adult and I have a hard time believing that Dr. Brickman would make a promise of when the braces would come off because he has no way of knowing exactly when the braces will come off. I for one have admitted that I have not been perfect with my bands and he has been very nice about it, but I know that unless I wear them, they're not going to come off. Hopefully I can help convince you to make a good choice for you or your child's orthodonist. There are a few places in Edwardsville or near it that i hear are quite good, such as Dr. Bauer or Dr. Mastroianni. However the most popular is Dr. Brickman because of his convenient location. (continued from my earlier review) He tells my brother tht i am an awful patient and that he doesnt believe that i have ever even put the rubber bands in my mouth. He also assigned me a rubber band pattern that i wore for over a month before he realized he had mistakenly told me to wear a certain pattern on my left side and another pattern on my right, well they ended up being eversed and dragging my teeth even more out of center.
