The process of completing the rental application was quite thorough. I thought if I was a property owner, I would choose Brickleys to manage my property as they go above and beyond to thoroughly vet potential renters. They do a good job of clearly communicating and communicating in a timely manner.
Please stay away from this company. I wanted so much to be able to leave a great review with a happy ending but unfortunately that’s not the case. We found a rental property that we fell in love with and called to see if it had any applications pending. The guy we spoke to said no and we told him we were submitting our application within the hour. We have used Brickley's Property Solutions for several years for our investment rental house. Eric and his staff have been conscientious, caring and responsive about managing this property by providing timely monthly reports, annual visits and taking care of the miscellaneous maintenance issues that come up throughout the year. We highly recommend them.
