I was under the impression this was a nice community, however after the application process I realized it is not. I was told the $250 administrative fee they charge on top of $100 fee per every adult in home would be returned within 24 hours if not approved. However, now Paige is verbalizing it is a check sent by Corporate via mail and can take up to 30 days. The experience of living here has been great but if you would like to actually be able to reach your leasing office this is not the place for you!! I have left multiple voicemails and emails in regards to something over the span of the last 2 weeks and NOTHING!! I will have to show up at the leasing office soon (which is offsite).
I’ve been living at Brickhaven for a few months now and I LOVE IT HERE! The office staff is the absolute best! They helped me every step of the way! I needed a few things done upon moving in. Matt was so friendly and addressed my requests so fast! The office assistant Paige answered all my questions from touring to moving in! I know I’ll be living here for years to come no matter what!
Don’t get me wrong, I have loved the almost year that I have lived at Lakeside Boulevard Townhomes. However, new management has raised rent prices for renewals $300/month. Affordability was a key factor in my stay here which has now changed completely - this has caused numerous people to move out recently. This complex is far from perfect, my neighbor recently had an electrical fire in her kitchen that warranted the fire department arriving, trash has been days late, and more, so the rent increase is a bit absurd in my opini... read more
Brichaven has been my favorite home I have ever had!!! The leasing team, PAIGE is amazing at her job and gave me the best experience I have had in a long time. Matt, the service manager is so professional and quick to communicate with requests. I don’t think I will ever move! Thank you for giving me the best place to call home.
