Susquehanna Speedway was owned by Curvin L. "Bud" Bricker in 1965 when they first began selling french fries. Donnie helped his father run the race track and still found time to sell french fries on race day. The business was expanded in 1974 to become Bricker's Concessions Food and Games when Donnie Bricker purchased his first carnival game.
