Excellent service as always
Appointments are meaningless here. Made an appointment for an oil change and was told it would take at least 3 hours. They had too many appointments and it was normal to take that long. It does not take 3 hours to change the oil in a car. When I made the appointment it never said plan for 3 hours for a simple oil change. In fact they say it's fast and easy as a Jiffy Lube type place. Nope. Why bother taking appointments if you just overwhelm the shop and can't do things in a reasonable time. Horrible first experience and a lot of run around here all they want it MONEY!!! Brought a trade in car and they still wanted what I would pay to take out a brand new car worth when my car is a new vehicle, not only that I had to wait 4 hours for nothing while they gave me multiple inquiries on my credit report. Rather go to a small car shop where they help and not rob people.
