My representative Juan is amazing! He’s very respectful and helpful. Every time I have come to this location, he’s welcomed me and did his best so I can have the best experience there. I only trust him with my vehicle and I’ve been with Mazda for 3.5 yrs now. The only reason why this location doesn’t get 5 stars are due to the price of service and the lack of customer appreciation. They’re all smiles and super nice when selling you a car, but after that, it’s a different story. You go to a dealership expecting trust, but in the end, you get taken advantage of. You quickly trapped by shady contracts. Make sure to verify every number you discuss with the person in front of you. At this place, a person’s word has no honor. Either the manager is dishonest, or the customer is too naïve… All I know is Mazda is over for me. Never again!!!
