Bought a great car here and had a great thought of them. But car services are nightmare! Three different visits and had different diagnostics about the same thing. First time brake pads are worn need "immediate replacement", after a 7k miles went again and brake pads were in a good shape, third time after another 6-7k miles pads are still in a good shape. Pure greed disguised as “help.” Mazda Brickell in Miami completely took advantage of me. In 2021, they sold me a vehicle and after a couple of years they refinanced my 2017 CX-5 Sport from a 12% to a 7% rate, which sounded like a good deal — until I realized they simply added more payments and stretched out the loan. I’ve already paid over $34,000, and somehow I still owe another $15,000 on a car that’s now eight years old.
