Very poor customer service, long wait times, they don't respect the order of arrival, they're unprofessional, you can wait up to 3 hours and ultimately not resolve your issue. I'm very displeased with my experience here.
Marlon and Juan Carlos are the dream team. They helped me get approved for a car far better than I went in to buy. They explained everything, kept me updated and did their magic to get me the car the same day. They are professional and kind and with an amazing sense of humor. It was a real pleasure and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Muy mala experiencia my carro lo llevé desde nuevo a darle servicio preventivo despues del segundo cambio de aceite empezó a liquear coolant empezó la bomba de agua despues el tanque del coolant me arreglaban una y despues se rompia otra cosa despues liqueo de aceite y esto ha persistido hasta el dia de hoy que decidí no llevarlo a este dealer mas pues nunca me resolvieron el problema seguí con lo mismo pienso que no tienen mecanicos certificados con experiencia lamentablemente y lo digo muy serio no estoy exagerando me carr... read more
