If you buy blinds from Victor you get great blinds, good advice, future service and a new friend. He's a great guy and offers solid service. My blinds were installed in a new condo by him back in 2016. Today I contacted him for a tiny part that had broken. He dropped it by to me this afternoon. I also attribute my brown roller shades to Victor's suggestion. They are like a see thru wall. Thank you amigo.
