Cold and disappointing service. I took my bike to Brickell Bikes with a scheduled appointment and was told it would be ready that day. But when I arrived, they hadn't even touched it. They started working on it right in front of me—as if my time didn’t matter. They also never called to give me an estimate. I had to call myself, and when I did, the person who answered sighed heavily before responding, as if my question was a burden. This is a top tier bike shop with excellent customer service. Our plan was a multi day biking trip from Key Largo to key west. Instead of renting crappy beach cruisers or aluminum bikes that most bike rental places in miami offered. We were looking to rent quality carbon road bikes. Brickell bikes not only had the carbon bikes but their price was very reasonable. Robbie the store owner went above and beyond to accommodate our situation.
