The WATER for the entire complex has been off since 5AM yesterday. According to OK state law they are breaking the lease and we are allowed to provide written notice and vacate the property. This place is a joke. No management company, just some bobblehead in charge.

May I know when our water will be back on we have been without water since 6:30 this morning. I called and you said it would be back on in couple hours its now 5:30 pm.
just called to get some information on apartments and i kept getting hung up on. not even a hello or anything. i had to call from my personal cell phone in order for them to respond. not a good impression.
On day 2 of no electricity..... The management claims to not know why? The pool hasn't been open all summer... It's green. The laundromat is a joke at best. The fitness center is apparently just for show because it is never open. The office manager is clueless and barely speaks English. They rarely answer the phone and never have an answer for anything. Shithole.

Pool wasnt open the whole summer, wash and dryer machines barely worked. Plumbing messed up once a week . not the absolutley worst place tho .
they are never in the office when they are supposed to be. sign says open sat. 10-2 and are they there at 11am no, calling all day no one there . whenever you need something no one is ever there.
