My company ordered a variety of glass that arrived defective and this business refused to make it right. Very frustrating and a massive waste of time/finances.
Do not purchase any acid etched glass from these people. They use an inexperienced team to make their glass, and do not take responsibility for the defective glass they sell. I spent $10k on the glass, And now I’m having to take all 18 pieces down and re acid etch them myself, so my customer is happy. It showed me that this business does not care about people, they only care about money.
I’ve been purchasing glass & products for 15+ years. The quality of their products have fallen off a cliff and no one like taking any responsibility for a failing product. I’ve tried speaking to a few different bodies, to save my customers & clients from any further hassles or inconveniences. My clients are always my # 1….i just wish Brick Wholesale Glass FELT THE SAME ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS & Products.
Worked a job using their company to make the custom glass. Many pieces were the wrong size and just about all of the Acid etching was very poorly done. They refuse to fix their mistakes or take their product back/ refund us. The glass is not usable. Terrible work. Worse service. Customers unhappy. Turned an easy job into a nightmare.
