I previously lived at signature village and moved to piper for an upgrade. They really took into consideration what the tenants were looking for with these apartments and the property managers are always willing to help you out. Once I was out of town and a package came that I didn’t want sitting out and she came and got it for me and held it in the office. Pretty cool place to live. No complaints and all the praise.
Moved in a little over a month ago after relocating to Iowa from Arizona. I was worried about finding a nice place in a short period of time, but the staff made the application process easy and quick! I love our new and updated apartment. I was worried going from a house to a smaller place that we wouldn’t like our new space, but we love the open layout and design of the apartment. Brooke was awesome to work with! We had an issue with another apartment complex that we were supposed to live in; after explaining our situation to Brooke, she streamlined the process and we were able to sign a lease and move in on the same day. The apartments are super nice and modern! I would recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment in Ankeny.
I just moved into the property from Dallas, Texas and could not be happier! The environment and people are so friendly and makes you feel right at home!
Big fan of this complex. First apartment complex I have lived in after college. It feels homey, is safe, close to the interstate for access to downtown Des Moines, and is close enough to all the essential stores one needs!
We just recently moved in & have loved it so far! The apartments are much more modern compared to others in the Des Moines area. The employees are so helpful & friendly! We haven’t had any issues & will recommend to others who are looking for a new home!
