Worst experience of my life living in these apartments!! I would never recommend to live here again. Due to the lack of freaking management doing anything. Also the disrespect the neighbors have. Blasting music screaming yelling. It’s called dis respect you live in apartment complex if you want to blast music go live somewhere else. 😡
RecommendedBrick Towne at Piper Apartments are quality apartments. Spacious, well designed units, with everything one needs for comfortable living; all contained within secured complexes. Extra amenities include a large pool area, a clean gym, and free access to larger recreational hosting spaces, when booked in advance. Plus, plans for a spacious centralized pet park and pet washing station are underway! Staff is polite, helpful, and they work hard to keep residents happy and the grounds clean.
Management is super helpful and responsive. Maintenance is really quick to respond. Although there is some construction right now it hasn't been a burden to living here. Pool is great, reservable party room and conference room, apartments have character, and great for pets 🤔. Much better than my last residence of Fieldstream down the road.
I've lived in several apartments under a variety of managements, and I've gotta say the staff here at Brick Towne are by FAR the best! We had some special needs upon getting ready for move-in, and Tiana and Brooke were beyond accommodating; they truly went above to be sure we have the best experience here. The complex is clean and well maintained, and any issues we have are always quickly resolved. Brick Towne is the place to be!
This place is AMAZING. For everything that’s included, it is well worth the price, and is in a great location! Tiana and Brooke went above and beyond for us and loved answering any questions we had. Maintenance is quick with requests and super friendly. I would definitely recommend living here!!
My boyfriend and I moved in just about 2 months and have had a great experience so far! We’ve lived in several other apartments around Ankeny, but non have compared to Brick Towne. Everything is brand new with beautiful appliances, and we LOVE our hardwood floors!! Management responds quickly to any questions or requests, and also does a nice job of trying to plan events for residents. It’s the first apartment I can be proud of! My friends are jealous of how nice the apartments are as well as how many amenities are included with rent. We have friendly neighbors as well as helpful property managers. I also love how pet friendly the complexes are. Can’t wait for the dog park to be ready!
Having rented in Ames and out of state (Texas), I can easily say Brooke the property manager is one of easist people to work with. The apartments are well done, (there is some spots during construction painting was sloppy). Maintenance has been incredibly quick, courteous, and has a high standard of quality. It's typically really quiet, not alot of traffic and great amenities. It's an excellent place for younger people to live in a great location.
