Placed a simple call to get information on a job we wanted done and to look at some samples. Guy who answered was combative from the start and difficult to work with even in scheduling an appointment to look at samples. Actually asked me “how long it would take” referring to the appointment. Such a shame as we wanted to use a locally owned business but didn’t make it passed the first phone call!
