I moved into my Brick Street Construction house in May 2017. I paid over $300K cash and paid for many items like my kitchen and most flooring on my own. Tim Martin and his project manager, Bill Burns have refused to correct the issues described in my 38 page professional inspection report. Their response: close their Harpers Ferry, WV office. We had a new roof installed in 2014...And are very pleased with the work they did...
We used Brick Street to construct a Trex deck for us. Our experience went seamlessly and we cannot be happier with our finished product. It is gorgeous! We cannot say enough good things about our deck and the costumer service we received from Brick Street!
Working with them to finish up a basement project. They started out great, but with some minor things to finish up and carpet left to be installed, they ghosted me. The walls they put up and painted are good. The lights all work (even though switches are installed upside down in two places) and most of the doors close fully (one was not properly installed).
