Went in yesterday as a new patient after being referred by a friend. I moved from Monmouth county and was looking for a physician whom would be closer to our new home. Let’s just say I walked out without even seeing the physician. I walked up to the front desk to write down my child’s name keep in mind the waiting room was empty the receptionist Kayla did not bat an eye lash when she watched us come in and write our name down, did not greet us at all. Absolutely LOVE this office! Dr. Zaldivar is seriously incredible. She is so kind and patient & really makes us feel comfortable. I am a first time mom and this is our 3rd pediatrician. Dr. Z has a wonderful calming effect on me! ☺️ She is very knowledgeable, and an all around lovely person. I have not met the other 2 drs. yet, but the office staff is also amazing! Dr Sandeep and her office is amazing! They are knowledgeable, caring, patient and understanding when my little one has checkups and sick appointments. Especially us as new parents and my little one who isn’t a fan of the doctors. They are always able to fit you in when they are sick. They have exceptional service. We always recommend her office!!
I have been taking my son there since he was a newborn 17 years ago… I have seen Dr. Mendoza and Dr. Sandeep. My experiences there have been fine however, one of the girls behind the desk who answers the phones hung up on me in the middle of talking. Completely rude!! especially when I was trying to apologize for calling several times about a matter that I had fixed.
Love the great staff and Dr Sandeep! Took my daughter in right away vs going to the crazy ER . Thank you so much for all your caring and expertise you give us!
