I used to love brick front & they have gone down hill so much :( smaller portions. You have to ask for extra lettuce for a salad, just to make it a whole salad. I just got my food & we waited in line for 10 minutes after calling In an order, then it took them another 10 minutes to check us out at the register!! � the service has also gone down hill.
Multiple items out of stock on our last few visits and the staff are extremely rude. Our most recent and final visit, we were informed while ordering that they would be cleaning the grill in 30 minutes, and if we were still there we would be smoked out.

They should have never have treated you or any other customer so poorly. I am the owner and I have addressed the situation and will be on site everyday. Customers having a bad experience with us is extremely upsetting to me and it will never happen again to you or anyone. I value my relationships with my customers and don't want a reputation that has been built for 10 years to be destroyed within a few months based in bad management and bad customer service. Love the food but it took 20 minutes to get our food, then another 5 minutes to get a fork, and they had to be reminded twice of the extra feta we ordered. REALLY need to work on customer service!

Went on my lunch break, around 1;30- even made sure it didn't look too busy inside because I was in a hurry. Ordered spinach pie (which was already cooked) and 2 gyro sliders. My friend ordered a pizza. Out of several menu items. Took 40 minutes to cook our food. Two girls stood around the entire time. There were two other people in the building. My son and I had lunch there today. We got there about 11:30 and besides one other customer the place was empty. 2 gyros and 2 drinks killed a $20. We had to sit and wait more than 30 minutes for our sandwiches. My sandwich was a simple gyro but had so much of the cucumber sauce that I couldn't find the 3 tiny slices of meat. There was even sauce all over the bottom of the plate! The girl that was serving food had long hair, barely pulled back with a clip. This was my first time stopping here. I won't be back.
