We had such a lovely time on Saturday night. Passionate staff, beautifully restored historic farm house, and plates of innovative food. This Hopewellian Locavore is so happy to be part of the community of food/nature lovers that feel deeply about how animals live while on the farm. Paradise in Hopewell Valley. Know your farmer and #Love where you Live! And the cocktails are delightful, current, fresh, and I loved the star anise in the bourbon!
Beautiful place, innovative food, great people, superb service. What a wonderful addition to the local dining scene! We had the tasting menu and every course was delightful. The toasted polenta that came with the seared scallops is something I will dream about.
