First time at Brick Farm Tavern in Hopewell. I usually avoid new restaurants for a while until they iron out the wrinkles, but the food, presentation, and service were flawless--ten days after opening. Preparations allow the ingredients to sing. And Michael, the general manager and partner, was affable and genuinely concerned for the guest's experience.
