I saw Dr. Lantz for a torn ACL. He did not do any imaging but rather just the Lachman’s test. The test showed I had no ACL. Doctors should always do imaging regardless to guarantee there isn’t any other damage in the knee. I had some cartilage damage that did not get fixed. I am preparing to have ACL reconstruction surgery next month and had a great informational meeting with Dr. Lantz. He listened to my questions, responded fully and was informative. We were able to schedule the surgery in a timely fashion with the helpful Slocum Staff

I saw Dr. Lance for my left knee. I had injured it a year ago in a fall. Brought two MRIs me one from one year ago when I hurt my knee and one from the surgery I had in 2019. first, they x-rayed knees. I wanted to take my blood pressure I am 70 I asked him to use a cuff They said they didn’t have one. Appointment time was honored and I was seen promptly. Dr. Lantz took me through the paces with my shoulder and determined that further testing was required before making a determination. Although the appointment was short in duration, it was thorough and professional.

I was not impressed when I saw Dr Lantz for my acl. He had me get an mri which showed a 30% tear at the time. He did not want to do anything about it, and now 4 years later I have a full complete acl tear which is requiring a full replacement that will keep me off work at the most 6 mos and I can not afford time loss but yet I need this fixed.

Dr Lantz was a bully and not only that, he was wrong about my diagnosis. I saw him 6 years ago for knee arthritis and returned a month ago. Dr Lantz acted as though he was irritated I was there even though it was recommended by my rheumatologist to see someone. Lantz told me that I had very mild arthritis and would never need a knee replacement. He told me that I had tendinitis and advised simply not to do things that hurt. Oregon Medical Board lists two medical malpractice settlements against this doctor. This surgeon made the terrible error of driving a screw out the other side of my pelvis and into my vaginal canal during a basic hip surgery. I have to have a second surgery now to remove it. The damage to my pelvis is extensive. He is old and changes his answers about the error each time we've talked.

this was one of the most dangerous and bullying doctors I have ever seen he lied to me about the surgery and told me to shut up when I ask questions. my impression is this man practices medicine dishonestly and

DO NOT LET THIS DOCTOR COME NEAR YOU!!!!! This guy is horrible!!! He LIES, and probably does secretive crap when he's doing a procedure, to make sure the patient has continuous pain and discomfort. That way, they have to come back so he can do more things to get more money....he is a LIAR and INCOMPETENT. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!!! If I could prosecute this man and put him behind bars I would. REALLY HORRIBLE PERSON!!!!!!
