only a 4.8? this place deserves that .2 and more! ten stars! ive been in a couple of times, before and after renovation, and switched up my order and i've loved everything i've had. i'm gluten intolerant (not an allergy) and have tried both the chocolate muffin thing and the brownie (both gluten free) and they are lovely! ive had an assortment of the other items that arent GF like the almond croissant and bagels and they are 10/10 (other than my stated intolerance but still totally worth it in the end). they make their own s... read more
Where do I start? When you walk through the door, the staff members are super friendly and smiley! Service is quick, but authentic. I got a hot Ubuntu latte and it was delicious! The art on top was also beautifully done. The baristas held a good conversation and didn't seem transactional at whatsoever. I also tried an everything bagel and milktart. Both were perfect!! The space was also beautiful and I LOVE the back corner. So cozy! I can't wait to return here and bring my friends and family! Don't skip out!!
The coffee at both locations is really good, they do have different specials between the two - I prefer the flavors currently at the 15th St. However, the cashier made a recommendation based on the flavor profiles I described and I was pleased. I got it 1/4 sweet and it was the balance I was looking for. I ordered the breakfast bagel for $9.50. The highlight of the entire thing was the perfectly crunchy and toasted bagel. Always amazing coffee and the newly remodeled space is fantastic
The new larger expansion they did on the location looks amazing and I love the extra seating. The Owners are really nice and friendly. The Red Matcha and Lox Bagel are my go to. Never had Roobois tea until I tried this place now I love it
